Mug Club membership is an annual loyalty program that is billed one year from the date of your initial purchase or enrollment. The Member will be charged on the card the Member used to sign up online in the Cherry Street Brewing online platform for payment of annual dues and fees. In order to become a Mug Club member, the Member must create an online account, go through the purchase process by checking out with one (1) Mug Club membership, and adding payment information to use for the Member’s yearly billing. By signing up for membership, the Member agrees to pay the annual fee one year from the date of signing up on the Cherry Street Brewing online platform. Failure to pay yearly dues will result in revocation of membership, losing all privileges, rewards, and discounts that are solely for Mug Club members. 

Participating locations include: Cherry Street Brewing at Halcyon and Cherry Street Brewing at Vickery Village. The program rewards are as follows: 

Cherry Street Brewing at Vickery Village:

• 10% off merchandise
• 10% off food*
• $4 core beers on Wednesdays
• Upgraded beer pours on beers as follows: 8oz beers become an 11oz, 11oz beers become 16oz, and 16oz beers become a 22oz mug.
• (1) birthday meal at 1 location within 7 days of your birthday
• $50 discount on Barrel Society memberships

Limitations:

• Food discount applies to in house only, not applicable for to-go food. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Maximum value for discount per visit is $100 worth of food, up to a $10 discount.
• Upgrade does not apply to 5 oz beers and flights.
• Discount does not apply to beer purchases.

To use benefits at one of our locations:

Members must show proof of membership upon each visit in order to receive membership benefits. Proof of membership is considered the Mug Club card given at the time of signup. In order to receive a card, members must present the welcome email to a staff member at one of our locations.

Canceling or Suspending by the Company: If found to be defrauding the system, a person’s membership will be revoked and they will not be eligible to renew, sign up again, or enroll in the program in any way, shape, or form, at any point in time. The Company may cancel a Member’s Mug Club benefits or cancel a Member’s Account at any time with immediate effect and without written notice, for any reason and in the Company's sole discretion including, without limitation, if the Company believes the Member has:

A. Acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, regulations, ordinances;

B. Failed to pay any brewpub or other bill when due to the Company or failed to fulfill any Cherry Street Brewing financial obligation;

C. Acted in an inappropriate, fraudulent, abusive or hostile manner;

D. Breached or violated any of these Program Rules or the Website Terms of Use;

E. Fraudulently claimed eligibility to earn benefits through Cherry Street Brewing Events; or

F. Engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Mug Club including, without limitation, with respect to happy hour, beer upgrades, food discounts, or any other Mug Club Member benefits.

Member understands that if found to be using a card, email, or account in a way that is not the intended purpose of the program, they will forfeit their membership and any rewards, perks, or benefits they receive.

Membership communications: 

Members will receive emails once (1) monthly for general newsletter purposes. Members will also receive email sends when barrel-aged bottles are available for purchase at Vickery Village. Communications for barrel-aged bottle releases will include a link specific to Mug Club members only for additional provisions, including but not limited to additional bottle purchases, exclusive bottles, and bottle bundle packages. Members may receive additional emails for other events, promotions, or for other informational purposes at the company's discretion. Any time a Member contacts Member Support, the Company may ask the Member certain security questions to verify the Member’s identity. Member Support may monitor or record telephone calls to improve quality of service.

Termination of Program: 

The Company may terminate the Loyalty Program with six (6) months' advance notice to all active Mug Club Members. At the Company’s sole discretion, the Company may choose to substitute a similar loyalty program for the Loyalty Program at any time immediately upon notice to active Loyalty Members. A Member may not accumulate Points or claim Awards, Loyalty Program benefits or amenities after the termination of the Loyalty Program. If the Loyalty Program is terminated, all unredeemed Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no Award claims will be honored after the conclusion of the notice period. The Company may terminate any of the Loyalty Program in whole or in part, in any jurisdiction on less than six months' notice if required to do so by applicable law.

Renewals:

Mug Club members agree to pay a yearly fee of $150.00 yearly on their date of renewal. Members will pay with the billing information provided in the Membership Account. Members will be notified by email of upcoming renewal three (3) days before Card on File is charged. Member must bring proof of purchase in the form of a receipt to claim the new Mug Club card for the year. There is a 7 day grace period after renewal should a member want to cancel their membership, Cherry Street Brewing will refund the amount paid less the processing fees for the refund.
