This batch of Damebier is a blend of a California Apple Jack Brandy & a Maker’s Mark Private Selection Bourbon Barrel. The blend of these 2 specific barrels brings out rich notes of honey, vanilla buttercream and caramel with gentle oak tannins and hints of citrus and spice.
