7th Anniversary IPA

For our 7th Anniversary IPA, we featured a blend of hops that really stood out to us this year. We love Mosaic in our brewery. This is a backbone hop to a lot of our different beers. We also added El Dorado, which really plays well with Mosaic by enhancing the subtle nuances of that pungent, ripe, and dankness we all love. And, a newer variety that has really shined through lately is Idaho Gem. This variety produces pineapple, cherry, and candied fruit character. Thanks and cheers to you for 7 great years!
