2022 12.12.12 in ASW Whiskey Barrel with Coffee and Vanilla

This breakfast-style Barleywine was fermented with Belgian Yeast adding a layer of dark fruit notes and aged for 12 months in an amazing ASW Duality Double Whiskey barrel. We then infused in vanilla beans and a specially designed coffee adding flavors reminiscent of sticky buns with apple, golden honey, and cinnamon spice notes.
